Digital products
All website purchases are digital downloads (e.g., PDF files). No physical items are shipped from this website.
License and permitted use
When you purchase a digital Product, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use it for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.
You may:
- Download and use the Product for personal use
- Print copies for personal use (e.g., your household/classroom if stated on the product)
You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, or upload the file to any public site
- Email the file to others or post it in groups
- Claim the Product as your own or remove Inky Treasures branding/copyright notices
Orders and payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full card information.
Delivery
After purchase, you will receive access to download your Product through the checkout confirmation page and/or email. Please ensure your email address is correct.
Download limits and access
We may set reasonable download limits and/or expiry windows to protect digital products. If you have trouble accessing your download, contact [email protected] and we’ll help.
Pricing and currency
Prices may vary by country/region and may be shown in local currency depending on your location. Discounts and promotions may change without notice.
Intellectual property
All content and Products are owned by Inky Treasures and protected by copyright and other laws.
Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is.” We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality and compatibility, but we can’t guarantee they will work perfectly on every device, printer, or software.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Inky Treasures will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
