REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered or accessed.
That said, we want you to have a good experience. We will consider refunds or replacements in these cases:
Eligible situations
- You were charged twice for the same order
- You received the wrong file (e.g., incorrect product)
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened and we cannot fix/replace it
- You cannot access your download due to a technical issue and we cannot resolve it
Not eligible
- Change of mind after purchase
- You expected a physical product (the listing clearly states digital download)
- Printer issues or device/software compatibility issues outside our control
- You no longer want the item after downloading/accessing it

- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 15 business days.
Chargebacks
If you have an issue, please contact us first. Chargebacks can delay resolution and may result in your download access being disabled while the payment is investigated.
